About my practice: I believe that every individual possesses an inborn wisdom that guides them towards wellness. My role is to support each client on their journey as they connect to this innate resource. In music therapy, we’ll adopt a curious, caring and accepting attitude in order to help you uncover ways of feeling more harmonious within yourself and your relationships. Self-compassion, creativity and authentic joy are cultivated within a safe and trusting space. I have observed that music therapy works especially well for individuals who appreciate the creative process or others who feel that words alone fall short of expressing their innermost emotions and thoughts.
