About my practice: I’m a trans masc, non-binary, queer social worker of Russian and Germanic heritage, and I offer a relational and humanist lens when working with trauma. I bring a politicized analysis to my social interventions that centres structural and systemic analyses of trauma. In my work I draw on somatic experiencing, attachment theory, parts work, EMDR, and expressive arts practices to help us listen to and respond to our internal sensations, signals, emotions, and impulses so as to live with greater clarity, agency, and vitality. I have been practicing since 2020.
