About my practice: In my 17 years as a therapist I have worked in diverse settings ranging from community mental health to residential drug treatment to correctional facilities, and with the U.S. Army. My greatest strengths as a therapist are empathy, and compassion. I strive to create a safe environment of non judgment. I feel very privileged to do this work and to be a co-traveler or supportive witness in my clients’ journey.
