About my practice:

In our work together, I’ll provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore your experiences and cultivate new skills. Using a strengths-based and solutions-focused approach inspired by Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we’ll work collaboratively to help you navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, relationship troubles, chronic pain, and the complexities of major life transitions. You’ve already built a unique set of strengths, coping mechanisms, and wisdom—even if they’re not fully visible right now. We’ll bring those to the surface and build on them so you can move forward with confidence.

Finding a therapist you connect with is one of the most important parts of the journey. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship—built on trust, safety, and understanding—is the foundation for growth and lasting change.
