About my practice: After spending ten years in community work primarily working with families from Indigenous and immigrant backgrounds, I have since pivoted to individual intervention. I enjoy using a mix of tools as there is no one that works for everyone, and I have training in humanistic, CBT, ACT, and DBT approaches. I have specific training and experience in working with trauma, ADHD, anxiety, grief, and BPD, and I continue to work with Indigenous, immigrant, and queer people. I myself am white, cis, and queer. In my free time, I enjoy reading fantasy, cooking, and hosting.
