About my Practice: I welcome children, adolescents, and young adults to my practice rooted in methods of drama therapy and therapeutic play. Additionally, I compassionately support caregivers in their desires to be positive therapeutic agents in their children’s lives, allowing space for deeper empathetic connections within families. I unconditionally meet each person where they are in their journey.

Through the languages of metaphor, movement, and storytelling, together we can create a collaborative, nonjudgemental space to explore experiences, feelings, and desires. These creative methods of expression allow us safer insights into the stories held in our bodies. Together, we begin to move forward with heightened capacity to connect to one another, and to ourselves.

I consistently strive toward deepening my knowledge in trauma-informed care and cultural humility. I strongly believe that each unique individual is the expert of their own lived experiences and identity.
