About my Practice: With over twenty years of experience as a registered nurse, I bring a deep understanding of care and compassion to my therapeutic work. I hold a Master’s degree in counseling and psychology, as well as an undergraduate degree in seminary with a focus on theology and counseling. I also bring over ten years of experience in that field to my practice.
I view therapy as an opportunity for intentional growth, offering supportive guidance in a welcoming and compassionate environment. As a fellow traveler in the human experience, I take a humble, collaborative approach, working together to explore the root causes underlying presenting issues. I aim to foster a space where you feel encouraged and supported as you take ownership of your healing process and make meaningful changes in your life. My approach is eclectic, drawing from a range of treatment modalities tailored to meet your unique needs and circumstances.
