About My Practice: During my time working in a therapeutic capacity as a Clinical Social Worker and Mental Health Counsellor, I have had the privilege of expanding my knowledge and skills to incorporate a range of therapeutic approaches that align with my values of person-centered care and mindfulness practices. Through my work in both the public and private sector, I have gained training in various therapeutic approaches such as harm reduction, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I meet my clients at their strengths and help identify areas of difficulty they would like to improve upon. By working together, I guide my clients towards building continued connection and support within and around them. My priority is creating a safer space to share and explore needs and wants, while fostering a sense of empowerment and growth.
