About my Practice:
I am a psychoeducator and psychotherapist. With over 20 years of experience in psychosocial intervention with individuals facing challenging life situations, I now support adults who wish to better understand their difficulties, develop new strategies, and move toward lasting well-being.
My approach is primarily based on cognitive behavioural therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I value a therapeutic relationship built on listening, authenticity, and collaboration in order to help each person better navigate their challenges and move closer to what truly matters to them.
