About my Practice: My approach is rooted in empathy, safety, and radical authenticity. I believe effective therapy hinges on a genuine relationship where I show up as a real person, meeting you exactly where you are. While I offer a secure and private space for our work, my main goal is to ensure you feel truly seen and supported throughout. I use a person-centred approach, working exclusively with adults (18+) who are ready to face life’s challenges. Because everyone’s journey is different, I don’t use a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I incorporate tools from various modalities, such as CBT, ACT, trauma-informed techniques, etc., to suit your specific needs. Together, we’ll foster a non-judgmental environment where you’re heard and respected. We’ll identify your goals and customize each session to help you build resilience and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
