About my Practice: As social beings, interpersonal relationships play a fundamental role in our lives. The problems we experience are often connected in some way to our underlying relational needs. While supportive relationships can be a source of strength and enjoyment, relational conflict and relational loss may contribute to considerable distress and hardship. The objective of my practice is to create a safe environment in which clients can begin to explore and address their personal and relational difficulties. I aim to work collaboratively with clients in establishing therapeutic goals and mobilizing their resources in an effort to generate positive change.
