About my practice: The act of self exploration is a deeply personal and unique experience that should look and feel different to each individual. In my work, I aim to meet everyone where they are, and show up as I am.

Beyond all else, I value offering clients the opportunity to show up as themselves, and to be seen and heard without judgement. I believe that something really magical and powerful comes out of combining the minds and experiences of two people, and that the therapeutic relationship is of the utmost importance.
