About my practice: Relationships are an important aspect of our mental health and, while sometimes sources of great pain, can also be sources of great healing and personal growth. As a relationship therapist, I draw primarily from systemic, trauma-informed, and attachment theories to help clients identify relational patterns (how you get stuck), build trust, and build new patterns (practice getting un-stuck). I strive to create a genuine, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space in therapy and connect my clients with resources when desired. My prior work has helped me develop my capacities in working with relationships, anxiety/panic, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, aging, neurodivergence, and gender identity concerns, as well as BDSM/kink, open relationships / polyamory, and LGBTQ+ communities.
