About my practice: I have worked for several years with adults struggling with addictive behaviors (alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex, etc.), mental health problems, domestic violence, and relationship difficulties. My expertise is with the individual who has a problem related to the use of substances or other addictive behaviors. I also offer my help to those around a person struggling with addictive behaviors, as well as to couples where one of the members is living with a problem related to the use of substances or other addictive behaviors. I want to support you in achieving your rehabilitation goals in order to find a balance in the different spheres of your life to improve your quality of life and well-being.
You are the expert on your journey. We will set goals together, and I will support you in highlighting the motivations for committing to the change you want to achieve them. My approaches put the individual at the center of their approach and take into account biological, psychological and social factors as well as their interaction with the environment to better identify the difficulties experienced. I also use the harm reduction approach to reduce the negative consequences associated with this behavior.
We look forward to supporting you in your desire to change.
