About my practice: By arriving here, you’ve already taken an important step toward caring for yourself! As a Black, queer-identifying therapist, I understand the importance of feeling seen, respected, and valued, and I am committed to offering an inclusive and affirming space that honours each person’s unique experiences and identities. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard, supported, and accepted just as you are. I have experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and experiences of sexual or domestic violence. Together, we can better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing and growth. I believe that you are the champion of your own story, and my role is to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, reconnect with your resilience, and work toward the changes that matter most to you.
