About my practice: My training as a psychoeducator has allowed me to take into consideration a wide range of risk and protective factors that affect the adaptive capacities of individuals. My approach aims to integrate the psychoeducational approach with psychotherapy. In my practice, I necessarily go through the various spheres of the person and then use different cognitive behavioral techniques, including those of the 3rd wave (full consciousness) for the treatment of the problems encountered. Clinically, I am equipped to intervene in anxiety disorders and mood disorders. I have several years of experience working with Indigenous clients and I am also developing expertise in issues related to psychological and sectarian hold within groups with high demands (sects). Finally, I have developed a particular listening to the belief and value systems of individuals and I strive to help people become aware of these in their choices and behaviors.
