About my Practice: Congratulations for making it here. We’re in this exploration together, and I’m here to navigate the winding paths and detours that therapy can bring. It takes immense bravery to seek therapy and embark on a journey of self-discovery, and I’m here to support and create a safe space for this exploration. My experience in working with the BIPOC community has highlighted the importance of addressing systemic issues from an inclusive intersectionality perspective while helping individuals on their healing journeys.  I come from an arts-based, humanistic, psychodynamic and anti-oppressive lens. Think of me as your creative co-pilot, helping you fill your life’s backpack with all the tools you need. And from a client-centred approach, our sessions will be tailored to suit your unique needs. Let’s explore, play, and discover together.
