About my practice:

I am a Drama Therapist at the Montréal Therapy Centre and a mental health worker at L’Autre Maison Crisis Centre and Centre Psy Multicultural in Montréal. Before moving to Canada, I practiced psychotherapy for more than seven years, gaining extensive experience in individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, and workplace psychology.
My work is grounded in creating culturally sensitive, inclusive, and collaborative therapeutic spaces where people feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences. I hold a Master of Arts in Drama Therapy from Concordia University and am currently pursuing my PhD at Concordia, where my research focuses on the use of drama therapy to foster empathy, social cohesion, intercultural dialogue, and peaceful coexistence across diverse communities.
