Testimonials
“Many members of my team have expressed appreciation for these workshops. It’s a chance to come together, share our experiences and learn new strategies and habits to help us through a very unconventional time in our working lives.”
“I find that emotional intelligence workshops from Montreal Therapy Center help our employees to become better at what they do. These new skills they learn help them to retain clients, diffuse challenging situations and create a healthy emotional connection with the customers and colleagues alike. Understanding how they come across to others and being able to control their impulses help them to become effective communicators and to advance their career.”
“I think that MTC workshops help to reinforce important concepts. Often, we have ideas in mind or subconsciously understand best practices, but we often need the fresher and structured approach to put these concepts into practice. I like that the workshops are delivered by an external expert and not dictated by the employees’ direct boss.”
