Join this online drama therapy group to identify and bridge the roles in your life that cause inner (and outer) conflict. Expect a range of creative explorations from journaling to drawing to roleplaying to identify, explore yourself, your relationships, and your work. No previous artistic experience is required.
This group is tailored for those who identify as caretakers and helpers: students, (mental) health professionals, education workers, parents, etc. This is for you if you feel lost in your work, burned out, and hoping to renew your passion.
