Anger is a natural human emotion but sometimes it can control us, affecting us at work, in social situations, and in our personal lives. This one day workshop will help you start to identify the causes and effects of your anger. You will be guided to recognize your nervous systems automatic threat response, learn practical relaxation and communication tools necessary for resolving conflicts and releasing frustration.

Rosaruby Glaberman, M.A., RDT, is a licensed psychotherapist, registered drama therapist, group facilitator and professional theatre artist. She is the current president of the Quebec Drama Therapy Chapter (QDTC) of the North American Drama Therapy Association and has 10 years of therapeutic work experience. She presently works in private practice and develops specialized research based anger management and assertive communication workshops and trainings for diverse clientele through the Montreal Therapy Centre. Her culturally sensitive work centers on the development of self-compassion, emotional intelligence, assertive communication, coping skills and motivation; essential in maintaining emotional health, productivity and rich relationships.
