About the Montreal Therapy Centre

The Montreal Therapy Centre was founded in 2003 with the aim to provide high-quality psychology and psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and families, at affordable rates. Since that time, our team has expanded to include over 50 professionals.

Presently, we offer services in English, French, Spanish, Greek, Dutch, Arabic, Serbo-Croatian, Russian, Armenian, Farsi and Polish. We offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments to accommodate your schedule.

Our main offices are located at the Queen Elizabeth Health Complex in NDG, a half-block from the Vendôme metro station. We are easily accessible by public transport. If you are driving, street parking is available.

We would be happy to respond to any of your questions about our services either by phone at (514) 244-1290 or by email at info@montrealtherapy.com.

Individual Therapy

A good (great) therapist like mine is kind, compassionate- does not judge you but will be honest and true and challenge you to take steps out of your comfort zone to show yourself what you are really capable of.
Therapy has been an amazing gift for me.

Group Therapy

Sharing with a group of people brought another dimension to the journey, with deep feelings of belonging, togetherness, safety, freedom.

Couples Therapy

The services of the MTC have helped my wife and I keep a balance at home and we have grown as a couple tremendously. We would definitely recommend the MTC again and again.

Art Therapy

I didn’t see myself as the “creative art” kind of guy. Now, I think everyone can have a creative space inside, just need to try and find your medium(s).
